Shipping Policy
Falcon Jacket accept and send orders to all countries. DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPEX, and other express delivery services are used for all shipments. We use reputable courier providers to deliver orders.
NOTE: Falcon Jacket is not responsible if the buyer provides with wrong address or information and the shipment is delivered there. So, to avoid any inconvenience, please make sure to provide with the right address.
Process of the Product:
Each order takes 6-8 working days after payment approval. But, in a natural disaster and public holidays, the processing of the product will delay by a few days. If there will be a delay in your order’s processing, we will contact you via email.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your item gets a green signal from our process and quality testing department, it will be forwarded to the shipping companies. Once forwarded to the courier companies, you will quickly receive an email along with the tracking ID of your package. However, the expedited customers enjoy the express shipping method that only takes 6 to 8 business days to ship the item. While the person who has chosen the free shipping method will get the shipment of the item in 12 to 14 business days.
Shipping Access:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation through email once your order dispatches. DHL Express and FedEx Express are our most trusted services; that’s why we collaborate with them. You can also leave specific delivery instructions for your parcel with a nominated neighbour or a specified safe place so that your package may be delivered safely.
Damages:
If in case the product is damaged in transit, you can contact our Customer Support to initiate the exchange process.
Receipt of Payment:
Payment receipt will be sent to customers via email. Receipt of payment also means order confirmation.
Applicable Notes:
Before placing your order, make sure to check all your shipping address details. If mistakenly there is an error or mistake in your address details, you can contact us before you receive the tracking ID email. After receiving the tracking ID, you have to quickly contact DHL Express and FedEx Express to make changes to your address. Moreover, we don’t ship our products to PO box and APO addresses, so we request you to please send the correct physical address while placing the orders.
